Due to frequent territory realignments, personnel changes, and vendor organizational updates, any representative contact information previously provided may no longer be accurate.

If a practice requests contact information for their contact lens representative, they should be directed to contact the vendor's Customer Service department. The vendor can then provide the most current representative assignment and contact information for that specific practice location.
