To maintain secure and uninterrupted access to CLX System, all users must follow the updated login activity and password requirements outlined below. These are now part of the standard workflow for all practices.
Maintaining Account Access
To keep your CLX account active:

Active Users (Logged in within last 60 days):
No action is required. -
Inactive Users (No login within 60 days):
You must log into CLX to maintain access.
Failure to do so may result in account deactivation.
Session Management
For security purposes:
- CLX sessions will automatically time out after 15 minutes of inactivity
- When timed out, simply log back in to resume your work
Workflow Tip:
Plan to save or complete transactions promptly to avoid disruption during ordering or verification.
Password Requirements
All CLX passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- Must be updated every 60 days
- Cannot reuse your last 14 passwords
Temporary Password Policy
If you are issued a temporary password (e.g., from support, helpdesk, or onboarding):
- It will expire within 24 hours
- You must reset your password immediately upon login
If Submitting a HelpDesk Ticket (Required Information)
If you experience any of the following:
- Unable to log in
- Account appears deactivated (error code Auth/3)
- Password reset issues
